Information you choose to share
When you enquire, you may provide your name, email, company, country, project details, quantities, timing and reference files. ARMEVIN uses this information to respond, assess the project and discuss sourcing or development.
How the enquiry channel works
If the website form is enabled, submissions are processed through Cloudflare and notified through Resend to our Outlook mailbox. Enquiry details and file metadata are retained in Cloudflare KV for up to 90 days. Attachments are included in the notification email, so file content may also be handled and retained by the email providers. Do not upload confidential information that is unnecessary for the first discussion.
If email mode is shown, the website opens your email application instead. No form data or attachments are uploaded by the website; you must send the email yourself and add attachments there.
Security and third-party services
The enabled form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address and browser signals for this purpose. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies in this release.
Retention and your choices
Email correspondence may be retained for ongoing project discussions and business records. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing eltabirrr@outlook.com, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. If an enquiry leads to an order, separate commercial and retention terms may apply.
